Upcoming Intensives and Workshops



 Every second Saturday of the month you have the opportunity to explore your body, play with new dance concepts, work on something for your next project, observe and be inspired by others, take notes/journal, vent, do something you’re scared of or just sweat in a safe an open space.  The hour and a half gives the dancers time to lightly warm up, jam for 60 minutes and take some time to reflect, meditate, journal or discuss with others without feeling pushed out.  Any movers are welcome!  The Second Saturday Improv Jams are presented by DAMAGEDANCE in partnership with Move!
